Carnaroli is the classic risotto rice: large grain, high starch content, holds its bite even after a long, slow cooking. Grown and packed by Cascina Alberona (Azienda Agricola Ferraris Luigi) in Mortara, in the Lomellina rice-growing area of Lombardy, under the Tenuta Montebello line.
Ideal for risotto. Store in a cool, dry place. Origin: Italy (Lombardy).
